We ship internationally to more than 37 countries. The shipping costs are automatically calculated per weight, so we can always guarantee you the best shipping.
Shipping within Germany
We deliver with DHL or Hermes.

Delivery times
You can see the delivery time for an item on the item detail page:
If the item is "In Stock", we will ship the item to you immediately. When ordering items with different delivery times, the delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time.
If the item is not in stock, we must order it first and deliver it within the specified delivery time. If a delivery is delayed for unforeseeable reasons, we will inform you immediately by email.
As soon as the goods are ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping information so that you can track your package.
Shipping to EU countries
We deliver with DHL. From the border, the local post office takes over delivery.
An extra flat rate of €10 applies for bulky goods.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear.
