Return

It can always happen that you don't like a product or have changed your mind. We will explain to you here how you can return a product.

Returns from Germany

Would you like to return one or more items from your order? Then send us an email to service@mypram.com and we will send you a cost-effective return label by email.

Within Germany we charge €3.95 for each return label. If you want to return several packages, you will need a corresponding number of return labels. Each return label can only be used once.

If you send the goods yourself, we unfortunately cannot cover the return shipping costs.

That's how it works:

  1. Explain the cancellation of your order, for example by email. You can find all the important information in our cancellation policy.
  2. If possible, pack the goods in the original packaging and include a copy of your invoice in the package.
  3. Stick the return label you received from us on the package and hand it in at a DHL or Hermes parcel shop near you.
  4. As soon as we receive the goods, they will be checked and a credit note will be issued for you. You will be informed about this by email. The refund will then be made using the payment method you used to pay.

Returns from abroad

If you are returning from abroad, please send the package with sufficient postage to our address:
